A: Yes, our products are gluten free.

Q: Why is your ingredient list so much smaller than other protein brands?

A: At Tru Whey we believe you should get what you are paying for, which is the protein! We do not add any fillers or unnecessary ingredients to our products in order to bring you the purest protein out there!

Q: What makes your whey protein better than the others?

A: Tru Whey protein uses the highest grade of whey protein in the world, a cold water microfiltrated whey protein isolate. Our product is dehydrated at 80-90 degress Fahrenheit so it is not denatured. We also do not put fillers or anything artificial in our products which is why our ingredient list is so small.

A: Most individuals who have digestion issues with whey is because protein brands typically use whey concentrate that has high levels of lactose. We use 100% whey isolate which has very little.

Q: How much protein should I be taking?

A: We advise most of your protein to be consumed from whole food sources, but using Tru Whey as an additional source of protein during the day and/or to be taken post workout to help with lean muscle mass and recovery. We suggest you can take up to 3 servings per day.  For example, for me, being a 28 year old woman, I take a scoop in the morning with breakfast, 1 scoop after my workout, and 1 before bed.
